All Sales Are Final RoseMaria’s Magnolia Sweets produces baked goods exclusively made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

Non‑Refundable Deposits Certain orders may require a deposit. All deposits are non‑refundable and non‑transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Once a deposit is paid, it cannot be refunded or applied to a future order.

Custom & Made‑to‑Order Products Every item is prepared specifically for each customer. Production begins immediately upon order placement. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once submitted, and no refunds will be provided.

Order Accuracy & Quality Concerns If an issue arises due to an error on our part (incorrect item or confirmed quality defect), customers must notify us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and provide supporting photos for review. Resolution is at the sole discretion of RoseMaria’s Magnolia Sweets.
