Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final All baked goods from RoseMaria’s Magnolia Sweets are made to order. Because each item is prepared specifically for every customer, we do not offer refunds on any sales.

No Refunds on Deposits If a deposit is required for an order, it is non‑refundable. Deposits cannot be transferred to future orders and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Made‑to‑Order Products All items are custom baked once an order is placed. For this reason, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed after an order has been submitted.

Quality Review If there is an issue caused by us (incorrect item or confirmed quality problem), please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can review the situation.
